Klopp extends Liverpool contract until 2026 (David Ornstein) – Football

Jürgen Klopp extended the contract with Liverpool until 2026.

According to The Athletic journalist David Ornstein, the 54-year-old German and members of his staff extended the agreements that were in effect until the summer of 2024 for another two years.

Earlier it was said that Klopp would leave Liverpool and take a break from his career following the 2023/24 season. However, the coach is encouraged by the team’s fight for four trophies this season.

It was reported that under the previous agreement, Jürgen earned 10 million pounds a year.

Klopp has been coaching Liverpool since 2015. During this time, he won 5 trophies with the club, including the Premier League and the Champions League.
