The Achaia Sectoral Committee of the KKE expresses its unhappiness over the dying of Comrade Antonis Foundou.
Sr. Antonis was born in Patras in 1935. He was organized within the Lambrakis youth and was a member of the EDA, whereas below the dictatorship he was arrested and exiled to Gyaros. Upon his launch from jail, and whereas he had already been fired from his job within the Municipality of Patras, he moved together with his household to Athens, the place he labored in a shoe retailer.
With the autumn of the junta, he returned to Patras, and to the Municipality of Patras, and in 1974 he organized himself into the KKE, the place he remained till the tip of his life. He fought all of the battles with the opportunistic teams in 1985 and within the thirteenth Congress, with consistency and loyalty to the beliefs of the Get together.
