The victory of the Guinean national team once morest the Gambia, this Friday, January 19, 2024, at the CAN 2023 Ivory Coast will not only make people happy in Conakry. During the celebrations, at least two cases of deaths were recorded in Kipé.
Just following the final whistle, supporters of the national Syli of Guinea stormed the streets of the capital to celebrate their team’s victory. Unfortunately, this joy was short-lived for some citizens.
In the Kipé district in the Commune of Ratoma, two cases of death were recorded following a collision between two personal vehicles and two motorcycles, causing two deaths on the spot, injuries and damaged cars.
At the time of publishing this article, the bodies of the victims and the injured were regarding to be evacuated.
At the same time, the atmosphere continues in other places in the capital.
