King Charles III arrives at the Scottish Parliament as crowds line up to see the Queen’s coffin at St. Giles Cathedral

A recently issued government guide reported that foreign political leaders who attend to bid farewell to the Queen will not be able to travel in private cars, but must do so in shared buses.

In addition, they urge them to travel to the country on commercial flights to avoid flooding London airports.

The instructions will pose a dilemma for Joe Biden, who will likely require a significant amount of additional security.
