Comedian Kim Shin-young gave sincere advice to go to a meat restaurant instead of a sushi restaurant when on a diet.
Kim Shin-young appeared on the recently aired KBS2 entertainment program ‘I’m not sure’ and talked regarding a place for a dinner party where dieters might go.
Ha Jae-sook asked Shin-young Kim, “If I had to decide a meeting place or a dinner party, what kind of place would be better?”
Kim Shin-young recommended, “Go to my sister’s meat restaurant. You can order beef or pork tenderloin.”
Go Eun-ah, who heard this, asked, “Is a sushi restaurant okay?”, and Kim Shin-young drew a line saying, “I can’t do a sushi restaurant,” raising curiosity.
Kim Shin-young said, “I prefer grilled fish. The sashimi itself is good, but it is eaten by dipping it in red pepper paste, and most of the basic side dishes themselves are high-calorie, so it’s not good for a diet.”
Shin-young Kim added, “Take vitamins B and C regularly. It is helpful for liver recovery.”
