Seoul/Pyongyang – North Korean leader Kim Jong-un wants to anchor the designation of South Korea as enemy state number one in his country’s socialist constitution. Kim stressed in a speech to parliament in Pyongyang that unification with the neighbor was no longer possible, state media reported on Tuesday. Phrases such as “independence, peaceful reunification and great national unity” must be deleted from the constitution, Kim said.
