North Korea Central News Agency (KCNA) reported that Kim Jong-un made the above instructions when delivering a speech on the policy line for the new year at a key meeting of the ruling Workers’ Party of Korea yesterday, and also said that Pyongyang will expand strategic cooperation with “anti-imperialist independent countries.”
