A psychologist from Laval University, Charles Morin, receives this year one of the five Killam Prizes, awarded to excellent researchers in Canada.
Mr. Morin has developed therapies for insomnia and shown that they can be as effective as medication. More recently, he was part of an international consortium documenting the effects of the pandemic on sleep.
