The Minister of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, Vassilis Kikilias, refers to the fire that broke out today in Dervenochoria in his post on “X”, stressing, among other things, that “within a few minutes it took on large proportions and in less than an hour and a half it had been dealt with”.
In detail, Mr. Kikilias underlines:
“The development of the very dangerous fire in Dervenochoria. It appeared with faint smoke, in a few minutes it became large and in less than an hour and a half it was dealt with. Our firefighters and civil protection forces with the valuable assistance of 12 aerial vehicles, intervened quickly and protected a difficult area that has repeatedly experienced the fiery nightmare.”
