Kia entered the EV6 GT in the 2023 1000 Miglia Green regularity race, which will take place June 13-17 this year in Italy.
The all-electric Kia will compete against other premium and performance-focused electric vehicles from various manufacturers, entered by official race partners and sponsors, at the famous 1,000-mile Tour of Italy, starting and finishing in Brescia.
A historic occasion for Kia, the entry into the 1000 Miglia Green marks the first time that a Korean car will compete in the footsteps of some of motorsport’s most legendary cars and racers along a similar route taken by the 1000 Miglia.
Kia will be competing in the event for the first time and is an official sponsor of this year’s green race. The 1000 Miglia Green showcases the future of mobility in the form of the most prestigious electric grand tourer vehicles, and Kia once again demonstrates its commitment to electrification as the world leader in sustainable mobility.

The Route: Brescia to Brescia
The 1000 Miglia Green runs over five days, clockwise around Italy. Originally, the 1,000-mile race was run in a single day and as quickly as possible; Now, the race covers a route of more than 2,000 kilometers divided into five stages.
The new 1000 Miglia Green format includes races and free transfer sectors, allowing crews to organize refueling on the way to the start of the next stage.
