KGHM’s copper sales decreased by 2% y/y to 57,000.  tons in January – Inwestycje.pl

The KGHM Group’s copper sales amounted to PLN 57,000. tons in January this year. and decreased by 2% compared to January 2023, the company reported when presenting preliminary data.

“Copper sales amounted to 57.0 thousand. tons and was lower by 1.2 thousand tons (-2%) from sales made in January 2023. Higher copper sales were recorded in KGHM Polska Miedź SA, while lower sales were recorded in KGHM INTERNATIONAL LTD. and in Sierra Gorda SCM,” we read in the statement.

In addition:

– Silver sales amounted to 66.9 tons and were lower by 18.0 tons (-21%) than sales in January 2023. Lower silver sales were recorded in all segments of the KGHM Polska Miedź SA Group
– TPM sales amounted to 15.1 thousand. troz and was lower by 7.4 thousand. troz (-33%) on sales made in January 2023. Lower TPM sales were recorded in all segments of the KGHM Polska Miedź SA Group
– Sales of molybdenum amounted to 0.8 million pounds and were 0.7 million pounds higher than the sales made in January 2023. An increase in molybdenum sales was recorded in Sierra Gorda SCM and KGHM INTERNATIONAL LTD, mentioned in the material.
