Largest office transaction in 2023 – Lukaschek: Continued demand on the Vienna market
Vienna (OTS) – The German asset and investment manager KGAL recently sold the MGC Office Center in Vienna Erdberg with an area of 24,000 m² through the brokerage of OTTO Immobilien. This is the largest office transaction in the federal capital this year. The property was acquired as part of a structured bidding process, and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The BREEAM certified building on Modecenterstr. 14, 1030 Vienna is leased long-term to several companies related to the public sector. KGAL acquired the building for the Jelisa Fund in 2000 and has since successfully managed and continuously modernized it.
