Kevin Kaarl, the Mexican phenomenon of indie music, announced concert in Lima. The artist will visit our country for the first time to offer a single presentation on November 18 at the Exhibition Park.
The interpreter has become a musical success in Latin America. Since his appearance, the musician has managed to make unprecedented records with his musical releases, achieving figures that go above 20 million views on YouTube and 100 million on Spotify.
In 2018, Kaarl bursts onto the Mexican indie music scene with the single “Old Love”, a theme with melancholy sounds that quickly managed to capture more than 7 million views on the YouTube platform, making it a new phenomenon. In December of that same year he presented “Let’s go to Mars”with which he manages to reach an unusual figure of more than 23 million views on YouTube and 104 million views on Spotify.
At just 21 years old, Kevin Kaar is considered a revelation of folk music in Mexico. They currently have two studio albums as ‘Paris Texas’ (2022) y ‘Until the end of the world’ (2019)just like him EP ‘San Lucas’ (2019). The composer is leading the music charts in Latin America, with songs that lead streaming platforms and that managed to become trends on pages like Tik Tok. The visualizations of “old love” y “Let’s go to Mars”, opened a decisive field for him in the independent music scene.
Among his most popular and recommended songs are “San Lucas”, “Vámonos a marte”, “Collapse”, “I love you”, “If you knew”, “This whole city”, “Old love”, “ Embraced with you”, “Distant woman”, “You are real”, “How I love it”, “Stay” or “Go away”.
