Kevin Costner has claimed his ex-wife, Christine Baumgartner, refused to leave their home following filing for divorce.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the actor Yellowstone said following filing for divorce in May, she had 30 days to leave their home, which is in the actor’s name, under the terms of their prenuptial agreement. The 68-year-old star told the court he believed she hadn’t left the house to persuade him to give in to the ‘various financial demands’ she was making. In the docs, he claimed to have given the designer more than $1.2 million as per the prenup, and claimed that overall he had given her around $1.45 million since their split. .

Additionally, the star of Dancing with the wolves said he was willing to contribute $30,000 a month for a rental home and would be willing to add another $10,000 to cover his ex’s moving costs. He insisted that he owned all three of their homes, and that according to the marriage contract signed in 2004, she must leave them following filing for divorce.

The couple married in 2004 and Christine Baumgartner filed for divorce on 1is may. They have three children together: Cayden Wyatt, 16, Hayes Logan, 14, and Grace Avery, 13.

Kevin Costner was previously married to Cindy Costner from 1978 to 1994.
