Kerala Blasters again; They beat East United by two goals to one

Madgaon | After losing the last match, Kerala Blasters won the ISL once more. The Blasters’ victory was two goals to one once morest North East United. The Blasters’ victory came following being reduced to ten men.

The Blasters, attacking in their usual style, fired several shots into the North East Post. However, the Blasters had to wait until the 62nd minute to score.

Perera Dias was the first to shake the net for Kerala. Nishu Kumar extended the ball to the box and Harmanjot Khabra headed it to Dias. The player headed the ball into the net with a sharp header.

Kerala got a red card in the 70th minute. The AYUSH officer came out following seeing the second yellow card. Kerala took the lead once more in the 82nd minute.

Kerala took the lead through a magical goal by Alvaro Vazquez. Vazquez took advantage of a misstep by North East goalkeeper Subhashish Chaudhary.

Finally, in the last minute of injury time, Mohammad Irshad found North East’s consolation goal from a Hernan Santana pass.

With the win, the Blasters finished second in the league with 23 points. Hyderabad tops the list with 26 points. The North East point with ten points is at the bottom of the list.
