The comic series “It’s Just Someone Else’s Business: The Real Job of a Certain Lawyer” (Original work: Masato Sato / Art: Katsuhiro Fujiya / Supervision: Yohei Shimizu / serialized in Hakusensha’s ‘Kuro Mitsu’), which has sold over 2.1 million copies, is being adapted into a live-action series. Nakajima makes his first appearance and lead role in a TV drama for the same network.
The unusual lawyer Osamu Yasuda (Kento Nakajima), who is cute with a smile but whose words and actions are far from cute, dismisses the visitors to his office by saying, “Isn’t it just someone else’s business?” While doing so, he tackles issues like internet scandals, social media troubles, and defamation with his own sense of conviction, solving them in a refreshing yet dark manner.

A housewife and blogger, Kozue Kirihara (Miku Shida), who filed a lawsuit for online defamation, managed to secure an apology and settlement money from the culprit, but they soon fell behind on payments. To “punish” the unremorseful perpetrator, Osamu Yasuda teams up with enforcement officer Hiromi Ninomiya (Yosuke Oomizu) to take unexpected actions――.
