The Iraqi artist Kazem Al-Saher extinguished the candles of his 66 years while he was still at the peak of his stardom, brilliance and health, maintaining his figure and continuing his exercises, so much so that many of his followers did not believe that he was approaching seventy.
The anniversary of Al-Saher’s birth came this year, and joy was mixed with sorrow, following he lost, not long ago, his lifelong friend, his compatriot, and the companion of his successes, the great poet Karim Al-Iraqi, following suffering from cancer, which made the Tsar’s heart bloody and wracked with sadness, as the journey of the Iraqi poet The deceased began with Al-Saher from 1987 until his death, and this relationship began in the army and continued over the years, during which he presented with Al-Saher dozens of successful songs, including patriotic songs such as “Oh Our Iraq” and songs that flirt with the beauty of women, such as “As You Grow, She Gets Better,” or “The Beautiful As She Descends to the Sea,” or The song “Where Are You, O World”, “My Confusion, O Time”, “He Was My Friend” and “Takkire” and dozens of songs.
Despite this, Kazem Al-Saher received a large number of greetings from his fans and fellow artists, and he broke his silence following hours to respond to his fans. She wrote on his page, attaching his message to them with black-and-white pictures from one of his concerts: “Between me and you is a sea of feelings and groans. I love you.”
