Kate Winslet and her daughter Mia Threapleton will star in one of the episodes of the “I Am…” series.
Like Mother like daughter. After “Mildred Pierce” and “Mare of Easttown”, Kate Winslet continues its small way on the small screen. Soon, she will play in one of the episodes of the series “I Am…” and will give the answer to her 21-year-old daughter, Mia Threapleton . The duo will begin filming the new episode this month. This somewhat improvised series explores the experience of women in emotionally raw, empowering and personal moments.
For the 46-year-old actress, her daughter is made for acting. “What’s good for her is that she has a different name than mine, so she went unnoticed. Whoever cast her didn’t know she was my daughter. And it’s important for his self-esteem, of course,” she said in April 2021.

For her part, Mia added that being on set as an actress was much different than just visiting Kate when she was young. “It was always very special.
