Kate Middleton and her latest cobalt blue look is simply sensational

Kate Middleton it was a perfect vision in blue when he attended the Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey. For the occasion, the Duchess wore a wrap dress by Catherine Walker, which she combined with a matching hat and navy blue heels.

Kate Middleton often chooses Chelsea designer Catherine Walker for her formal engagements, and she also wore a gray coat dress from the brand for a recent trip to Copenhagen. This is the second time in the space of a week that the Duchess chooses to wear blue: Last Wednesday, the Duchess opted for an Alexander McQueen sweater in the color of the Ukrainian flag for a visit to the Ukrainian Cultural Center in London.

Due to a busy royal schedule, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were notably absent from the BAFTA Awards ceremony held at the Royal Albert Hall, with Prince William – who is BAFTA Chairman – appearing in their place via a video message.

Later this week, the couple will embark on a 12-day Caribbean tour visiting Belize, Jamaica and the Bahamas in honor of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. Hopefully Kate will once once more master the art of diplomatic dress.
