Stefanos Kasselakis wore an apron and took part in the preparation of meals in the kitchen of “Humanity Greece” in Metaxourgeio.
The Volunteer Coordination Center of the humanitarian volunteer organization “Humanity Greece” in Metaxourgeio was visited yesterday (13-08-2024) by the president of SYRIZA – Progressive Alliance, Stefanos Kasselakisaccording to the party’s announcement.
“Stefanos Kasselakis was given a tour of the facilities, but he did not limit himself to talking to the people of the organization and the volunteers he met about the work they carry out. He himself provided voluntary work in the Center’s kitchen, as he attaches particular importance to the values of social solidarity and volunteering.
He put on the volunteer’s apron and helped together with Nasos Papargyropoulos in the preparation of meals”, notes, according to newsit, the announcement and concludes:
“Humanity Greece” has a multi-faceted solidarity project on a permanent basis, but also in emergency situations, ensuring fresh food for the teams operating on fire fronts within Attica, while also assisting the fire victims of NE Attica”.
