As of today, the criminal Michaloliakos is free, following a provocative decision by the Greek justice system.
By what criteria does the Lamia Criminal Council judge that Michaloliakos, who was convicted of founding a criminal organization, is entitled to be released from prison, when the competent prosecutor emphasizes to the council that Michaloliakos remains unrepentant and therefore does not meet the essential conditions for release?
One thing is certain.
The Mitsotakis government’s embrace of far-right elements, lawlessness, cover-up, and the attempt to manipulate justice, has led to a complete deregulation of the functioning of the Greek justice system.
Kyriakos Mitsotakis is the Prime Minister during which the Golden Dawn leader was released from prison. Its voters will appreciate it properly in the coming European elections.
Of course, against the far-right arc, the democratic world will be a punch.
