Kasberg: Bankruptcy judge approved lease agreement

2023-09-26 16:05:00

“The decision is there, the lease agreement has been approved by the bankruptcy court,” Schwanenstadt lawyer Klaus Schiller informed the OÖN on Tuesday followingnoon. As reported, he is responsible as the liquidator for Almtal-Bergbahnen GmbH, which went bankrupt in the summer, and is obliged to get the best out of it for the creditors.

Regardless of the fact that there are now new operators who want to start the coming ski season with a lot of momentum, the bankruptcy proceedings are continuing, says Schiller. It is not yet possible to say how high the total outstanding claims are. “In three to six months, following the season, we will be able to say more precisely.”
