According to the copy of the agreement submitted to the court available to Independent Urdu, 23-year-old Amna Arif’s father, Imran Arif’s father, 62-year-old Imran Arif, wife Rumana Imran, son Usama Arif and daughter Umima signed the agreement.
According to a copy of the affidavit, Imran Arif’s heirs said: ‘Natasha did not do this accident intentionally. We have forgiven the accused in the name of Allah, Most Merciful and Most Merciful. If the court wants to grant bail to Natasha Danish, the named accused in the case, then we have no objection.
It added: ‘We are entering into this agreement without any pressure and are giving this no-objection certificate voluntarily. What we have said in the affidavit, we have said exactly right.’
