The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, said on Friday (March 17th) that there are reasonable grounds to believe that Russian President Vladimir Putin and the country’s Commissioner for Children’s Rights, Maria Lvova-Belova, are criminally responsible for the forced deportation in Russia hundreds of Ukrainian children, most of them taken from orphanages and children’s homes, reports CNN and Archyde.com.
