In application of article 14 of Organic Law No. 93-‘|252 of November 23, 1993 on the Court of Justice of the Republic, this decision of the Requests Commission, composed of three magistrates from the seat of the Court of Cassation, two State Councilors and two master councilors to the Court of Auditors, is not subject to any appeal”, communicated the Attorney General of the Court of Cassation.
