The Minnesota Wild defeated the Ottawa Senators 4-2 in the National Hockey League (NHL) regular season home game, extending their winning streak to five games.

Kirill Kaprizov (9th minute), Mats Zuccarello (22), Jared Spurgeon (30), Frederic Gaudreau (60) scored for the hosts, Marc Kastelic (45), Claude Giroud (59) scored for the hosts.

Kaprizov also chalked up two assists and was recognized as the first star of the match. The Russian broke the club’s record for the fastest score of 200 points.
