Vultures 1 was first distributed by LEAKbut the company later said in a statement to Billboard that“a long-time FUGA customer delivered the Vultures 1 album through the platform’s automated processes, violating our service agreement.” The album was later removed from streaming before a new distribution agreement is concluded with Label Engine, which also managed the release of the singles “Vultures” et “Talking/Once Again”.
For the song “Good (Don’t Die)”, the succession of Donna Summer spoke on Instagram shortly following the release of Vultures 1: “Kanye West asked for permission to use Donna Summer’s song ‘I Feel Love’ and was denied.
