Syndicate member E. Abdurrahiman said. The resolution was to consider the contributions made by both of them to the country in the social and educational fields. E. said that the sub-committee, which has to decide on the matter of giving deletion to great persons, put forward the names of both of them in the situation whose name was not considered in the last two years. Abdurrahiman said. However, some syndicate members have pointed out the impropriety of giving deletion to community leaders. Dr. P. said that the de litt is not recommended through the resolution of the syndicate member and only for that. University Registrar Dr. EK Satish informed that there is a sub-committee chaired by Vijayaraghavan.
