Ryan Yarbrough, pitcher for the Kansas City Royals, lived dramatic moments this Sunday, following being hit in the face by a ball in the game once morest the Oakland Athletics. The left-handed man had to leave the match with clear signs of pain.
Yarbrough was allowed to leave the pitch with the club’s training staff while holding a towel to his face following a short delay. The public gave him an ovation because he showed gallantry by leaving by his own means.
