Actor Kang Su-yeon (56, photo) collapsed on the 5th of a cerebral hemorrhage and did not regain consciousness on the 6th, and voices praying for his recovery continue.

Kang collapsed from a cerebral hemorrhage at his home in Gangnam-gu, Seoul and was transported to Gangnam Severance Hospital in Seoul on the 5th in a state of cardiac arrest. Kang’s family decided not to undergo the surgery once the medical staff made a diagnosis that there was little chance of improvement and that there was a risk. Kang was unconscious and was transferred from the emergency room to the intensive care unit at dawn on the 6th with his ventilator on. A Planet Entertainment, which is helping Kang, who is working without an agency, said in an official document on the same day, “We are currently monitoring the progress of whether or not the operation will be performed.”
