Washington: US Vice President Kamala Harris to visit Europe as Russia-Ukraine war continues. Next week, Kamala will visit Ukraine’s neighbors Poland and Romania. Deputy Press Secretary Sabrina Singh said the visit of the US Vice President would prove the unity and strength of the NATO alliance.
It will also assess US support for NATO allies in Eastern Europe in the wake of Russia’s provocation. The Vice President’s Deputy Press Secretary told the international media that there would be a concerted effort to support the people of Ukraine.
Kamala Harris will be visiting Warsaw, Poland and Bucharest, Romania from March 9 to 11. Kamala will hold talks with leaders in Poland and Romania. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Selensky has come out with a scathing critique of NATO. Selensky accused NATO of giving Russia the green light to destroy villages and cities in Ukraine.
