Kaizer Chiefs: Nasreddine Nabi confirms that Fiston Mayele is not for sale despite the interest of the Pyramids

Fiston Mayele will not go to Kaizer Chiefs (D1 South Africa) next season. The confirmation comes from the coach of the “Amakhosi” in an interview given to the local press.

Tunisian technician, Nasreddine Nabi “Nash”, also formerly of Daring Club Motema Pembe (Dcmp), wanted to bring in the Congolese international striker whom he knows perfectly, having had him at Young Africans Tanzania for two seasons. But the former player of As V.Club is under contract with Pyramids Fc (Egypt) for the next two seasons.

“I would like to share this statement with the Kaizer Chiefs subscribers and fans, the team is no longer interested in signing Fiston Mayele because he is still under contract, and we respect players who are under contract. Mayele is like family to me, I have worked with him for a while. But we have to respect the wishes of Pyramids, he is not for sale,” he clarified.

The former Simba player from Kolwezi carried his club again this season with 17 goals scored and 5 assists in 32 appearances, all competitions combined with a title in the National Cup with his goal in the 87th minute (1-0) during the final against Zed Fc of Peter Mutumosi.
