The Vice President of Public Relations at KAI, Anne Purba, shared with us that this marks a substantial uptick compared to 2023, when 5,434 items were reported lost, adding a slightly underwhelming IDR 6,655,984,900 to the tale. You’ve got to wonder: was it the same group of forgetful riders? It’s like a scene from “The Greatest Showman,” except this show is about lost umbrellas and misplaced mobile phones.
