Kafr El-Sheikh – Islam Ammar:

The Kafr El-Sheikh Criminal Court (Circuit III) closed the curtain on the case of accusing two brothers of molesting two sisters by luring them and having sex with them at their house located in one of the villages of Sidi Salem Center in order to marry them.

The Kafr El-Sheikh Criminal Court ruled in presence to punish a person with rigorous imprisonment for a period of 10 years, and the court obliged him to pay the criminal expenses for what he was charged with convicting him of kidnapping a 15-year-old girl and indecent assault by having sex with her husbands in one of the villages of the Sidi Salem Center.

The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Chancellor Medhat Abdel Hamid Abu Ghanim, President of the Court and the Chamber, and the membership of the counselors Farouk Saad Bastawisi, Ihab Fouad Shaaban, Muhammad Kamal Al-Deeb, and the secretariat of Majdi Muhammad Ghanem, in connection with the events of Case No. 15028 of 2022 misdemeanor of the Sidi Salem Police Station, which is registered with No. 945 Kali Kafr Sheikh.

The court’s decision revealed that a previous ruling in the presence of the same penalty was issued by the court last April to the mother of the convicted young man and his other brother for convicting him with him in the same case, which includes convicting the mother of inciting him and his other brother to commit the act with the victim and her sister.

The details of the story go back to December 2021 at the Sidi Salem Police Station, when “Amal H.A.M.,” 50 years old, a housewife, and her son, “Islam. A.M.R.”, 25, were charged. And his brother, “Hamada”, 25 years old, by fraudulently kidnapping two sisters, aged 15 and the second 13, by communicating with the second and third defendants.

And it became clear from the decision to refer them to the Kafr El-Sheikh felonies to conduct their trial that the second and third accused brothers lured the two sisters from their place of residence in Cairo, promising them to marry them, taking advantage of their young age, so they met together in the circle of the Sidi Salem Center, distancing them from the place of their families, and that crime occurred at the instigation of the first accused mother .

The referral decision on behalf of the second and third defendants, by force and threat, indicated that the two sisters offered to have sex with husbands, taking advantage of their young age.

The investigations of the Sidi Salem police station investigations regarding that incident, according to the case papers, revealed the truth and validity of the incident regarding the incitement of the first convicted mother, who was sentenced once morest her, her second and third accused sons, to lure the two female victims from their place of residence located in Cairo Governorate, promising them to marry them.

Investigations indicated that during the month of December 2021, her two sons implemented their mother’s request previously agreed upon between them, and communicated with the two victims, taking advantage of their young age, so they met together at the Sidi Salem Police Station, and concluded between them two customary marriage contracts, the first of which was concluded between the second accused and the second victim, while the second contract was concluded between The third and the other victim for the purpose of marrying them by cohabiting with husbands without the consent of the father of the two girls.

It turned out that the convicts committed this with the intention of kidnapping the two victims, removing them from the place of their relatives, and violating their honor without any violence or resistance towards their bodies, taking advantage of their young age.
