Kadyrov’s son makes debut in Russia’s leading MMA promotion, seconded by UFC record holder

The son of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, 16-year-old Eli (Zelimkhan), will make his MMA debut at the Absolute Championship Akhmat (ACA) 150 anniversary tournament, the press service of the promotion told RBC Sport.
Kadyrov’s son will face Islam Akbarov in a three-round fight. Eli Kadyrov’s second will be undefeated UFC fighter Khamzat Chimaev.
The 150th ACA League tournament will be held on December 23 at the CSKA Arena in Moscow.
The main confrontation will be the semi-final Artem Reznikov – Andrei Koshkin, heavyweights Evgeny Goncharov and Muhumat Vakhaev will meet in the co-main battle.
Previously, Eli Kadyrov participated in boxing matches several times.
Eli is the second son of Ramzan Kadyrov.
