Kaboom! KaBuM Starter of Valorant holds a free championship with prizes for the finalists
With registration open until June 17th, KaBuM Starter is open to players of all experience levels, worth R$1,600 in prizes and more than 42,000 Valorant Points for the top four
São Paulo, June 2023 – Focused on the Valorant community – Multiplayer FPS by Riot Games, the official tournament platform of KaBuM!, the largest technology and games e-commerce in Latin America, holds the fourteenth edition of KaBuM in June Starter, worth R$1,600 in prizes. Registration is free and can already be done by site do KaBuM!GG.
Teams can register up to one hour before the start of each qualifying stage, with the first scheduled for 13:00 on June 17th and the second also at 13:00 on June 18th. The third round, on June 19, will be exclusive to Prime Ninja customers, an e-commerce benefits program. In total, eight teams will qualify for the Playoffs that take place on June 21 and will define the two finalists of the tournament.
End of KaBuM Starter
The MD3 style final will take place on June 24th, with a live broadcast on the official e-commerce channel on Twitch with the participation of BelaBM in the presentation, Nicolino in the narration and Lara Linnenbank as a commentator. The winning team will be awarded with 1 thousand reais in credits to use in KaBuM!. The runner-up will receive 500 reais in credit for purchases and, to the MVP, best player of the match, 100 reais in credit as well.
In addition, each player on the winning team will receive 2,400 Valorant Points (the game’s virtual currencies that are used for various purposes). The runner-up, third and fourth placed players will receive 2 200, 2 000 and 1 800 VP, respectively.
KaBuM! Challenge Valorant
Participants of KaBuM! Starter #14 also have a chance to secure a spot in another championship, KaBuM! Challenge Valorant. This is the next stage of the Champion’s Journey, which includes a ranking between the teams that have already won the Stater. The tournament will have eight teams, four classified + four invited, and will be held during the traditional e-commerce campaign – July Gamer – with a prize pool of 11,000 reais.
