Sky Sports confirmed that Italian Juventus does not mind obtaining the services of Jordan Henderson (33 years old), the Saudi Al-Ettifaq player, on loan, and not a final contract, after the “veteran” Englishman expressed his desire to leave his team, despite his arrival before… Only 6 months to Saudi Arabia.
The network reported that Henderson is interested in the loan contract proposed to him by Juventus, noting that the two sides have already discussed this possibility during the past days.
The network said that the “Old Lady’s” interest in obtaining Henderson’s services is real, but not on the terms hoped for by the player who wants the loan to be for 18 months.
Sky Sports indicated that Juventus hopes first to reduce the salary structure, in order to be able to complete the deal, given that Henderson receives 400 thousand euros per month in Saudi Arabia, and the problem will not be solved, except for the “Old Lady” to sell the striker Moise Kean, whose level has declined greatly. He has not scored any goals yet with the team, and Kane is already close to leaving, after receiving an offer from French club Rennes.
Henderson left Liverpool last summer for Al-Ettifaq, in a deal worth 14 million euros, and played 19 matches, during which he scored 5 goals, under the leadership of his compatriot Steven Gerrard, the coach.
