The Gangdong Police Station in Seoul arrested a middle school student on charges of getting drunk on a patrol car and causing a riot.

The student is accused of rioting by swinging a 190 cm long rod on a patrol car parked in front of the police box while drinking at around 2 am yesterday.

Prior to this, the student, who was drunk and collapsed on the road the night before, was protected at the police box following a report from a resident passing by, and handed over to his parents, but it is known that he left the house once more.

A police official said, “If we forcefully suppress a student who is on a patrol car while intoxicated, there is a risk of an accident such as a fall, so we persuaded him to come down with words.” “The identity was confirmed.”

Considering that this student has been reported in the past, the police are planning to send the student to the Family Court on charges of obstruction of the execution of official duties.

This student is under the age of 14 and is not subject to criminal punishment, but may be subject to probation or transfer to juvenile detention center depending on the crime in the court.
