Minister for Women agrees that the aggressor will fall “to the full weight of the law”
The Minister for Women, Diana Miloslavich, condemned the rape of the 3-year-old girl from Chiclayo and described the act as “reprehensible.” In addition, she expressed her solidarity with the victim’s family and promised that the full weight of the law falls on the detainee Juan Antonio Enríquez García.
“We condemn in the strongest possible terms this reprehensible fact that has outraged the whole of Peru, we express our solidarity with the family and we promise to do what is necessary so that the full weight of the law falls on those responsible,” tweeted the head of the Mimp.
“The MIMP will also provide support to the mother and father so that they can support their family, and guarantees the recovery of the minor in the most suitable health facility for her, as soon as her current condition stabilizes,” added Miloslavich.
