Justice Department adds four more names to foreign agents roster

The Justice Department’s foreign agents’ roster has been supplemented with new names. Instead, one organization was left out. This is caused by “Kommersant».

Who made the list:

  • Pianist Evgeny Kisin* – spoke out once morest the SVO, raised funds to support the Ukrainian armed forces, and spread disinformation regarding the Russian government;
  • Former KGB officer Yuri Shvets* – Spreading false information regarding the Russian government and military, statements once morest the Northern Military District, producing foreign agent materials, calling for illegal actions by unfriendly countries;
  • Apostolic Orthodox Bishop Grigory Mikhnov-Vaitenko* – dissemination of foreign agent materials, disinformation regarding the Russian government, statements once morest the SVO, involvement as a defendant in websites provided by foreign agents and sources;
  • Former head of the Alexei Navalny regional headquarters in Saratov (a network of headquarters considered an extremist organization and banned in the Russian Federation) Dmitry Tsibirev ) * – Calls to participate in uncoordinated rallies and pickets, statements once morest the SVO, dissemination of disinformation regarding the Russian government, production and distribution of foreign agent materials, interactions with representatives of organizations recognized as unscrupulous in the Russian Federation.

Human rights organization Legal Initiative has been excluded from the register due to liquidation.
