Sébastien Cauet is the subject of a complaint for two rapes. The complainant, Julie, has just appeared, with her face covered, on the set of “Touche pas à mon poste” this Thursday, November 23 to return to this affair.

Cauet, who has since reacted via a press release and who has been dismissed until further notice from NRJ, has been the subject of a complaint for rape since Saturday November 18. The complainant’s name is Julie. She claims to have been raped twice by the host. One of these attacks was allegedly committed when she was 16 years old. L’Obs reportedly collected several testimonies from the young woman, who notably performed oral sex on the host at his request: “I was shocked, my sister (who had accompanied her to see Cauet that day, editor’s note) called me on my phone (…) He then told me that I had to do it if I wanted to succeed ( …) in that world, it worked like that. […] I felt at an impasse (…) I bent down and performed oral sex which lasted a few seconds. Then, faced with the insistence of my sister’s calls, he said stop and we went downstairs (…) On the way back, he wrote to me on Snapchat that I should not say anything.
Facts on which she returned for BFMTV, with her face and voice masked. And this Thursday, November 23, she physically appeared on the set of Do not touch My TV, taking care to hide his face with a hood and a mask. She began by reestablishing the truth regarding her age, when there was doubt on this subject according to the testimony of Nathalie, Cauet’s partner, collected by Gilles Verdez earlier this week. Julie is 25 years old. She then explained that when she met the host, she was “passionate regarding media.”
She was therefore very happy the day she learned that she had won a competition on NRJ to go to Disneyland with him. She went there, and during that day, the host would have invited her to come to “a mix, in Geneva” some months later”. She will go there with her sister and brother-in-law. And following a drink together at the host’s hotel, the latter allegedly suggested that she listen in her room to the radio model that she had brought: “We had a drink and at that point, he said to himself: ‘come with me, let’s go up to the room’. I followed him, and my sister was once morest it. That’s when the facts happened.“Julie then explained that today she was completely “devastated” compared to what would have happened to her.

Remember that following that, Julie remained in contact with Cauet. And she would have suffered a new rape in a parking lot, in 2022. Cyril Hanouna then sought to understand the reason why she continued to see him. “I was convinced that what had happened was not real, not dramatic.”, she replied to Lino’s dad. She took time to testify, and explains why she finally decided to do so: “II said to myself, this man is doing harm (…) He destroyed my family, and me too.” Julie became aware of the fact that she had to act when she was “in a relationship”. Her partner had an 8-year-old daughter, who admired the host. As for the presumption of innocence for Cauet, Julie responds: “Everyone gives their opinion as long as we let justice take its course.“She works in healthcare and sees her daily.”people who live in the worst poverty in the world.” Therefore, as a matter of principle, she wishes “no harm” to anyone. Whether to Cauet or anyone else. Concerning the “media coverage” of this affair, she admits to having become “excited” to speak on her behalf.
Finally, when Julie is questioned by the columnists regarding the fact that she potentially deleted her own messages to give the impression that Cauet is speaking alone, she states that she has not written to Nathalie’s companion since last August 8.
Sébastien Cauet remains presumed innocent of the facts with which he is accused until the closure of this case.
