A man was sentenced this Wednesday to 16 years in prison for being guilty of the crime of sexual abuse to the detriment of his niece, whom he subjected to various abuses in the span of at least nine years, in the capital of Jujuy, judicial sources reported. .
The Criminal Court 2 found the defendant guilty, whose identification initials CAF, for turning out to be the material author and responsible for the crimes of “seriously insulting sexual abuse and sexual abuse with carnal access aggravated by guarding in real contest”; crimes committed in a house in Alto Comedero, in San Salvador de Jujuy.
According to the investigation promoted by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the abuser was accused of criminal acts that he perpetrated once morest his niece, since the girl was 5 years old and until she was 14.
