Juju Noda, the youngest driver in the W Series, belongs to the “W Series Academy Team” with Bianca Bustamante from the Philippines. As part of the W Series Academy program to help young women develop their talents in all motorsport fields, they will compete in the W Series for the next two seasons.
Juju Noda and Bianca Bustamante will be staffed by full-time engineers throughout the season and will receive intensive guidance and coaching to hone their driving skills and racecraft. With support for fittness, nutrition and media training, the two will support the W Series in official media events, community home programs that support self-promotion and accident awareness.
Juju Noda from Tokyo started racing karts at the age of 3 and drove an F4 car before he was 10 years old. Two years later, she drove her first F3 machine, and at the age of 14, she entered the 2020 Danish F4 Championship with one win and three more podiums. She made her debut on a W Series car in the 2022 preseason test at the Catalunya circuit in Spain in February, making her the youngest driver in history to race in the W Series at the age of 16.
