The case arose 7 years ago, following a Brazilian institution filed a complaint regarding abuses and the lack of clarity in Neymar’s transfer contracts to the “Blaugrana”, and the player and his father signed a contract with Barcelona in 2011, and he settled his deal before he was presented in the transfer market, thus bypassing the honorable competition required by “FIFA”.

Barcelona will also receive financial penalties if the charges are proven, and it may extend to more following the entry of “FIFA” as a party in the case, provided that it increases its financial troubles that have affected it in recent years.
