Judge rejects controversial photo of Amber Heard to use as evidence against Johnny Depp

The judge in charge of the legal battle between the famous and controversial ex-partner has once once more given a forceful decision, following rejecting evidence that Amber Heard would use once morest the legendary American actor.

During one of the sessions of the legal trial that the actors are currently experiencing, Amber Heard presented a photo where she appeared with a broken lower lip and assured the court that this injury was made during an assault caused by her ex-husband Johnny Depp. However, the judge rejected the evidence for saying that there was an inconsistency in the time it was taken and because it was not delivered during the investigation period of the case.

According to Depp’s lawyers, the actress wants to make believe that the photo is from 2013, when she denounced the alleged first assault, but this was done in 2012, a year before the alleged assault that the interpreter of ‘Mera’ in Aquaman

“He hit me while I was in the kitchen. And, you know, he wears a lot of rings. I remember it felt as if my lip entered my teeth. I also saw blood on the wall,” he said.

According to claims, Heard would have confused the dates of the first attack, following speaking with his therapist, but this was seen with great inconsistency by the judge and members of the jury, so he will not be able to use this photo as evidence in any way.
