Venezuelans with humanitarian parole: can they travel outside the US?

This program benefits natural from Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela and Cuba, and has a limit of 30,000 humanitarian permits per month.

The attorneys general of 20 US states asked a federal court on February 15 to issue an injunction freezing the program. ANDthe words humanitarian allows migrants from four Latin American countries to apply for a permit to legally live and work in the US, for a specified period of time.

The plaintiffs argue that the decision to give the green light to the humanitarian program by the Joe Biden government was “arbitrary and capricious” and it supposes an expense of millions of dollars for the states that have to provide services to the migrants.
