“Juanpi” Varillas fell in the final of the Challenger Sanremo against French van Assche

It mightn’t be but it’s worth the effort. The Peruvian tennis player Juan Pablo Varillas, fell by two sets to zero once morest the Frenchman Luca van Assche, in the grand final of the Challenger 125 Sanremo Tennis Cup held today Sunday.

Varillas was surprised in the first set, due to the forcefulness and efficiency in his game of the French van Assche, who took the victory by a resounding 6-1 in 40 minutes of play.

Varillas tried to recover in the second set, and offered better resistance, but also had to resign the set 6-3 in 49 minutes of play.
