“We have been behind this Interpol order so that 194 countries can be aware that this person is being sought worldwide”declared the head of the Interior portfolio in an interview for Latina.
This arrest request is made with the aim of preventing Silva from moving freely abroad and ensuring his possible permanence in the country, since, according to what Senmache declared, PNP investigations lead to the belief that the former minister is still in national territory. “We think so and we are doing the search within the country for that”said the minister.
Senmache, who had been strongly criticized for its lack of action before Silva’s escape, he would have issued the request to Interpol as one of the many measures that are being implemented in your ministry to find the whereregardings not only of the former MTC official, who according to broadcast audios would have received “100 grand”, but also of Bruno Pacheco, Fray Vásquez Castillo and Gianmarco Castillo.
