JSW Energy Limited announced that Mr. Prashant Jain has expressed his intention to take early retirement from active professional life to pursue his personal interests and, accordingly, to resign from the position of Joint Managing Director and Key Managerial Person of the company. Mr. Jain will continue in his current position until January 31, 2024 to facilitate an orderly transition. A search process for a suitable candidate (internal or external) has been initiated and the result will be communicated in due course.
