That includes long hours of waiting in a line to secure a seat in the courtroom on Tuesday followingnoon.
On Twitter, journalist Brittany Kriegstein shared a photo of several reporters sitting or standing in a line tucked between a fence and a police barricade around 3 a.m.
Greetings from ~The Line~ which is 50 or 60 reporters long. Pizza boxes, lawn chairs, and blankets are strewn regarding. Some people are sleeping, others are socializing. @HellGateNY says they’re selling their #2 spot for “$10K minimum.” The night is young. pic.twitter.com/yOj5608Han

According to Kriegstein, reporters had pizza boxes, lawn chairs and blankets to be comfortable while waiting for when they would be allowed into the courthouse.
For reporters who didn’t make it to the top of the queue, an independent media outlet calling itself “Hell Gate NY” is ready to sell their spot. In an article published on their website, the journalist says he is ready to give up his place, for which he waited 6 p.m., for $10,000.
However, there do not seem to be any takers.
A ticket to Trump’s impeachment is also highly coveted, as no live broadcasts, cellphones or computers are allowed in the courtroom during the impeachment.
Only five photographers will be allowed to take pictures shortly before the arraignment begins. However, they will be escorted out of the courtroom from 2:15 p.m.
